Get to know Akhanda Yoga School

Akhanda Yoga didn’t start quietly or easily. When Jannah, the founder, decided to open the school she had always dreamed about, she had just left a life she loved but that no longer helped her grow. It was messy and uncertain, but like a lotus rising from the mud, she trusted that she was already whole and strong. That inner knowing gave her the courage to start Akhanda Yoga.

Our mission

Our mission is not only to help you realize that you are already whole, complete, and unbroken, but also to guide you in helping others discover the same truth within themselves. In yoga philosophy, this understanding is called Akhanda, the recognition that our true self is already complete, beyond limitations, and untouched by the chaos of life.

Through mindful practice, breath, movement, meditation, and self-inquiry, we aim to awaken this inner wholeness. As we cultivate presence, compassion, and awareness in ourselves, we naturally become a source of support and guidance for others, creating a ripple of balance, healing, and light.

Our work is rooted in the belief that each person carries the seed of their own freedom and growth, and that through dedicated practice and conscious living, we can help this seed bloom, not only in ourselves but in everyone we meet.

Our vision

Our vision is to create a world where every person recognizes that they are already whole and capable of growth, peace, and self-discovery. We see a community where people support each other in awakening their inner strength, wisdom, and compassion through yoga, mindful living, and conscious connection.

We envision Akhanda Yoga as a space where practice goes beyond the mat, helping individuals embody balance, clarity, and presence in every aspect of life. By nurturing inner wholeness, we hope to inspire a ripple effect that spreads healing, understanding, and light to families, communities, and the world.

Our team

Our team at Akhanda Yoga is a group of dedicated teachers and practitioners who share a deep love for yoga and mindful living. Each member brings their own unique experience, knowledge, and heart to the practice, combining alignment, philosophy, meditation, and compassionate guidance. Together, we support each student’s journey to discover their inner wholeness, grow in self-awareness, and bring balance into their lives.
